Key responsibilities Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads to maximize engagement and retention Develop and test multiple hook variations and creative angles for the same product to enhance ad effectiveness Collaborate with the media buying and marketing team to quickly iterate on creatives based on performance metrics Required qualifications Proven experience editing for TikTok and/or Meta Ads, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work Deep understanding of video hooks, angles, and audience retention strategies Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects Ability to repurpose existing footage into new, high-performing clips Experience with direct-response or DTC e-commerce ads is a plus
